Adroit /əˈdrɔɪt/, a French word meaning skilful, is the name aptly chosen by the first-generation entrepreneurs and college friends, Mr Rajesh Gupta & Mr Dayanand Arya, for their entrepreneurial endeavour. Three decades ago, on the 13th day of September 1994 foundation was laid. Set out with an aspiration to leverage their electronics engineering background and with the belief to add value to the capital goods sector, started manufacturing LV switchgear and control gear assemblies (PSC-Assemblies).

Continuous transformation of Industrial practices, standards, technologies and swiftly changing customer demands eventually lead Adroit to diversify into Integration of Industrial Automation Systems.

Persistent in its pursuit and belief to transform manufacturing processes and applications, Adroit further diversified into Drives and Motion Control in collaboration with Yaskawa India.

Yet another endeavour, Adroit collaborated with ERUM Tech, a Hot Runner System manufacturing company based in South Korea, and co-created Hot Runner Systems and temperature controllers for Plastic Injection Moulding to add value to plastic melt delivery technology in India.

Culminated expertise, collaboration with renowned OEMs of Industrial Automation Systems and conformity to national standards of LV switchgear and control gear assemblies (PSC Assemblies) as well as international standards did not only made Adroit known in India but also delivered value in International markets like Europe, the United States of America, UAE, Africa, parts of Indian Subcontinent.

Adroit Control Engineers Private Limited is now a known LV Switchgear and Control Gear assembly Manufacturer and Industrial Automation System Integrator in North India. The manufacturing of control equipment is engineered at a 30000 Sq.ft Manufacturing facility at Industrial Model Township (IMT) Faridabad, an industrial hub of Haryana, at the outskirts of Delhi, and the corporate office is established in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi.

Thought leaders and founders of Adroit are preparing for a noteworthy succession handoff by passing the baton to their second generation. Mr Shikhar Arya and Mr Kartik Gupta will organically take responsibility and further add value to Adroit’s strength as next-generation leaders.
